Top Rated Plus Badge disappeared

Recently, my Upwork profile got suspended for some reason. But after the necessary verifications, my account was successfully restored, but my top-rated plus badge disappeared. Can you please help me with this?
I have had put too much efforts for these badges and seems like these are off due to an false alarm.
