Top Rated Plus Gone

Hi Upworkers!

I noticed my plus badge is replaced with the normal Top Rated badge. Would appreciate it if a mod can take a look at it?

Hi If your contracted that got you top rated plus has now fallen out of the time frame to be counted ( it was completed within last 12 months I believe) then your rating will change.

I am sorry to hear that your Top Rated Plus badge is removed. You must continue to meet the required criteria to maintain your Top Rated Plus status. Top Rated Plus badge will be automatically added to your profile as soon as you meet the criteria again.

Thanks for your response. One of my longest/largest earning contracts just ended Yesterday. So I am definitely within the time frame, no?
