Top Rated Program 60 Connections

I  just yesterday that I am a Top Rated now and can avail the perks of the Top Rated Program however when I apply on a job post I did now see 60 additional Connections. Please help. Thank you!

You do not get 60 connects for becoming top rated. You get 0.
