UpWork staff says that it takes up to 48 hours for the badge to appear on your profile (if you meet all the criteria).

As a freelancer, my experience is that waiting a day or two makes NO difference.

Hello Adil, If you think you meet all the requirements of Top-Rated Badge then go ahead to Upwork support and submit a ticket there if you didn't receive any message from Support.

They can set a high priority to your ticket and you will get badge within a few hours.
