Greetings Everyone, 

Well mine question is that currently my earning is 7oo$ while jss is 94 and total 8 weeks completed question is after 13 weeks if i could not able to complete 1k$ then will i get top rated badge? if not will weeks again be zero?

No,  Your eligible weeks will not be 0 again, but if you don't reach $ 1000 12 month earnings you won't get top rated status.

No, you won't get the top rated badge as you need to have 12-month earnings of at least $1,000.

No, they won't be.
They will be there and become 16 out of 16 if you maintain 90% or more JSS in the week ahead.
So, maintain you JSS and make your earnings $1000 and grab the top rated badge.
