Top Rated Status Got Removed??

I received an automated email from Upwork a few minutes ago with this content:

"You're doing amazing work with clients on Upwork—and it shows! You're only a few steps away from qualifying for Top Rated status. We value your consistent, high-quality work for your clients. Now we want to help you be even more successful with Top Rated status. "

I received no feedback/ratings from my clients and my profile is okay (though I made a few changes on my info) so I dont understand why Upwork removed it. Is this somehow related to their new features related to updating my profile? Can someone explain?
