If I have never been top-rated before, but currently have been rated eligible for 11 weeks in a row now, and hopefully soon to be 13, will I get the top-rated badge right at 13 weeks in a row or will I need to max out the 16 out of 16?

One of the criteria to become Top Rated is for our top rated eligible weeks to be 13 out of 16. To learn more about the other criteria check out this Help Article. Thank you.
