Top Rated badge didn't appear

Hello, every one. I have just completed all the needs of top rated program. However, the 12 month payments didn't update! And the top rated badge didn't appear either. Should I apply to something or does it even take so long to appear?

Once you qualify for the Top Rated badge it can take up to 48 hours to be awarded on your profile. Thank you.
