I spent about 6 weeks and there are no changes in me Top Rated eligible weeks and My JSS +90%I need to know where is the problem please!

It means that there are 12 non-eligible weeks (weeks during which your JSS was below 90%) in your 16 week calculation window. Those 12 weeks need start falling out of your 16 week window.

Here is an example where there are 4 noneligible weeks working their way through the window.
