Top Rated eligible weeks not increase

My Top Rated eligible weeks are stuck at 0 of 16  even though I have 96% JSS for a while. Can anyone from Upwork support shed some light on why my Top Rated eligible weeks are not increasing?

Thank you for your message. I checked and I am unable to replicate any issue with the eligible weeks. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser. Feel free to message us if problems persist.
