I need to know why is my Top Rated eligible weeks did not increase this weekend? Thank you. It is stopped from almost 2 weeks please help me.

Hi Fatima, when did you get your JSS first? You might be effected by an issue that is currently effecting some freelancers ( including myself ).

2-3 months is about 8-12 weeks, which means for the past 2 weeks your counter should have moved up if your JSS was above 90%. Contact support to confirm if you are effected by the issue. If it had moved up as it should, you would be 13/16 weeks eligible and would get the Top Rated badge, but because the bug is preventing your number from changing, than the top rated badge won't be assigned until the bug is fixed. When that will happen is completely up to Upwork.

Go to https://support.upwork.com , click on Get support green button at the bottom right corner, type in "Contact support". Scroll down, if you see option to chat with support or send an email, do that. If you don't see the option, click on Ask another question and type "Contact support" again. You might have to do it 3-4 times before you're given the option to chat / email the support directly.
