My JSS 96% but the top-rated eligible weeks showing me 12 of 16 since the last 30 days. 4 weeks gone and 5 weeks running but it showing me 12 of 16. How long it will be 13 of 16?

How many days after will be updated, or why the update has stopped?

It will be until enough ineligible weeks drop out of the mix that you have 13 eligible weeks. 

It all depends on when those ineligible weeks were.

If, 30 days ago, your 16 weeks looked like this:  XXXXEEEEEEEEEEEE then as soon as you got one more eligible week an X (ineligible would have dropped off the back end and you'd have 13.

But, what if it looked like this: EEEEEEEEEEEEXXXX

After four more eligible weeks, it would look like this: EEEEEEEEXXXXEEEE (still 12/16)
