Top Rated freelancer afraid to lose reputation over one client.

The title says the most. If I have a 100% client satisfaction, then how much will one client who gives me 1 star straight out of pettiness decrease my total reputation/rating? I am in a position where this might happen (nothing to my fault, believe it or not) and I wanna know if I will lose and how much I will lose out of my reputation on Upwork.

As far as I understand, the impact will depend on the monetary value of the work project, and on the total number of projects that you have completed. I am unable to provide a % figure, but I would suggest to consider using the feedback removal perk as top rated, if it is one of your higher value projects.

Yep, as Deborah say, you can remove that feedback with Toprated perk. So don't worry about. It's happening.
