It will be gone from your stats page in the next day or so as well, because your JSS is below 90%.

If you know which contract caused your JSS to drop, and haven't used your top-rated perk in the last 3 months and 10 contracts, use it now, so the poor outcome is excluded from your JSSS calculation. That way you stand a better chance of getting your top rated status back next time it is recalculated.
