Top Rated issue

I have received an email that i am no longer Top Rated.
I wanted to know why that happened? I  meet all requested criterias for the Top Rated freelancers

What does it say on your "my Stats" page for "Recent Account Holds?" To be eligible for top rated status it needs to say 0.

I have already wrote to support team. I have received an email 14 hours ago.

Best to wait until they respond. Personally I can't see why, so you need Upwork support to help.

As a point of reference, I recently lost mine briefly because I hadn't earned any money on the platform for 90 days.  (I have an off-platform client who is taking all my time).  I then earned something like $20 and it came right back).
