I want to know something more.

Can I submit a proposal for the job where only a rising talented person required? Because I have a Top-Rated badge as well.
If I can apply what will be the status of my proposal on the client side.
Is it on top or bottom in the list of clients?

Hi Muhammad,

Yes, if you don't meet the client's preferred qualifications you can still submit a proposal.

Clients have multiple options to choose from when sorting the proposals they receive from freelancers. Newest/Oldest applicants, Highest/Lowest Hourly rate, Highest earnings, and Best Match which is the default.
