Top Rated status of my profile

Hi,

On March 21, 2019 i got the email from you "We're excited to welcome you back to the Top Rated Program.You once again have access to all the perks of Top Rated status". And on the very next day i again got email from you is "We want to let you know that you no longer qualify as a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork.".

Why is this? I am confused what is happening with my profile again and again?

I really need this to be resolved ASAP please.
