Top Rated status paused

Hi. My Top Rated status was paused recently for lack of activity. I'm back on Upwork now and have sent a proposal today. Can someone please let me know what else can I do and how long does it take to get the Top Rated badge again? Thanks.

Thank you Victor. Unfortunately the How to achieve Top Rated status page doesn't answer my question. I am still Top Rated, as I fulfill all the requirements listed there. My status was just "PAUSED" - something I didn't even know existed.

One of the requirements for maintaining TR status it to have the 12-month earnings of at least $1,000
if you were not using Upwork for some time you may get below that point.
Though, of course, I don't know all the details of your case.

As I said, I fulfill all the requirements. The issue was condition #8 - Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days. Now that I'm active again I wanted to know whether the status will automatically be reinstated or do I need to do something specific for it.

Once you meet the requirements to be part of the Top Rated program again, you should receive an email welcoming you to the program. You may read more about it here.

Hi Jeanette! I got it back yesterday, they sent me an email. So it basically took 2 days since I've sent the proposal (resumed activity). Maybe it would have taken less had it not been the weekend. So if you check all the other boxes except the activity, expect it to be quick. Good luck!
