Good morning. I would like to become top rated freelancer. I think I have all the requirements but I don't know how to apply. Can somebody help me please? Thank you

As you see that you have all the requirements good for top-rated but your profile is Private make it Public so in order to qualify for the Top Rated Status.

How many Top Rated eligible weeks do you have in your stats?

Hi,
I have answered his issue as he already told me that all the requirements were fulfilled. So here the main issue is of private profile so as he solved that. It will be OK from onwards.

No, you have not, because top rated does not follow the schedule of the JSS.

If he has 16 out of 16 eligible weeks he would have been eligibe 3 weeks ago, so there must be one factor missing.

Either he has a recent account hold or his profile completeness is not at 100%

That's why I don't understand why I haven't yet Top rated account

Oleksandr, how about your profile completeness and possible account holds?

You find your profile completeness on your My Stats page, and it must be 100%

You also have to have "0" for account holds
