Hello,
Today I should have been *Top Rated.* It was at week 12 on April 1st and it updated today making my score still 100% but it still shows week 12 of 16. It should show week 14 now and it should have been Top Rated. My family was going to come over and celebrate, lol. Can you please let me know why this hasn't changed?
Thank you,
Brea Miller
This is a question that gets asked numerous times, Best way I can explain is with a crude diagram. So, suppose I use a letter of the alphabet to represent the last 16 weeks, with a T for Job Success of 90% or higher, and an X for Job Success under 90%, starting with the oldest week on the left. Then your 16 weeks could look like this:
TTTTXXXXTTTTTTTT
In this case, it will be yet another 5 weeks, before you have 13 of 16 weeks at 90% or higher. This is how the top rated weeks would change over the next 5 weeks, assuming you keep up 90% or higher Job Success each of those weeks:
week 1: TTTXXXXTTTTTTTTT
week 2: TTXXXXTTTTTTTTTT
week 3: TXXXXTTTTTTTTTTT
week 4: XXXXTTTTTTTTTTTT
week 5: XXXTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Hi Brea,
Thanks for your message. You have to look at the eligibility weeks as a rolling 16-week window, it still shows 12 weeks. We can confirm the eligible weeks count is being updated as by design. Please check the graph included in this help article and refer to the information shared in the Calculating Top Rated Eligible Weeks section. Let us know if you have any questions.
