I have fulfilled all requirements of Top Rated. Can you please tell me when I would get the badge?

As you last JSS was updated on 27 Oct, it will update again when two weeks complete and Hopefully you will get  you Top Rated badge.

Wrong again.

The top rated status has nothing whatsoever to do with the JSS update dates at all.

The top rated badge appears within a couple of days after all criteria are met, NOT on the date the JSS updates, that's nonsense.
