Hello, it seems I have fulfilled all the requirements to become top rated and I still have not been given the badge.
Is there anything that I can do?

Hi, thank you. I just got my badge. However I'd like to speak with an agent concerning my JSS score. I had a nasty experience with a client who cancelled a contract and I'd like it to be removed from my JSS.
