I have fulfilled requirements for Top rated batch but it's not showing.

Upwork will  be updated 14 & 28 date of everymonth. 
so if you fulfill the requirement then you should wait till next 14 date.

if you don't get the badge 14/15 May , then direct message/email to upwork team.

The job success score updates about every 2 weeks. You have to wait for that interval. Once it is updated, Top rated badge will show on your profile.
