Top rated - Benefit: Featured jobs and Job digest

I recently received the top-rated badge 😀

I understand the benefit of a top-rated freelancer based on this article (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211068468-Top-Rated).

However, I am still not sure 1) how to search/find the "Featured Jobs" and 2) the system of "Job Digest".

Featured Jobs: 1) how to search/find the "Featured Jobs"

As a Japanese/English interpreter, I tend to list "Japan" and "Japanese" when searching for jobs but I don't think I have ever seen the "featured job" tagged on any projects. I would like to know how to search for the featured jobs. To be very honest, I thought that it would be a reduced fee on all jobs so I was a bit disappointed. 

Job Digest: 2) the system of "Job Digest"

Based on the article, I understand that we can occasionally receive a list of jobs that match our skills. 

I just don't understand the difference between the Job Digest vs Self-search (I search for jobs on a regular basis) vs Assistance by the Upwork talent specialist.

I am still exploring and searching for the improved features and benefits of being a top-rated freelancer🤔

I would appreciate any comments and suggestions!

First of all many many congratulation. After becoming top rated now you will have more opportunities of work. For searching feature job you could watch a single youtube video which will help you easily. Because you will be understanding everything as you are the old member of the upwork.

1. Featured jobs are not hidden from freelancers that are not top-rated. They appear in your feed like any other job. I believe the perk is that you only pay 10% fee when you get hired on a featured job. I've been hired on lots since being top-rated, and it never was a reduced fee. Maybe I should have complained, but never did. 

2. I don't know that that is, never heard of it. Sometimes I get a mail with a few jobs to propose to, but that's just information, you still need to use connects to apply. Most of these jobs are no fit for my skills.

1. Oh, I see. I hope I can find and land the featured jobs. I have never seen the featured tag on my feed 🤔 Probably there might be more for those IT-related jobs. You should certainly reach out to the Upwork specialist if you didn't get the reduced fee.

Sigh...yeah. I also felt it is not really useful so far. Have you ever received the Job Digest message?

I wish Upwork could give us a reduced fee feature (not only for the featured jobs) for the freelancers with badges.
