Top rated.... Does it works?

HI folks

   I really liked that Upwork launched top rated program. But .... does it works? 

As a top rated I dont think so. 

I dont receive any invitations for the job as upwork promised .

My apllication is viewed below average... 

I think the apllication of top rated should be viewed above average.

I totally agree with you. I am also top-rated but not getting job invitations.
