Top rated - Personalized tips

I was looking at the "Become Top Rated" page today and I have a question on the perks. My profile obtained top rated status sometime ago, at least a year ago, but I have never received "Personalized tips to strengthen your profile." How do I receive these tips? It just seems odd to me.

Frankly you are better off asking here in the forum for frank, honest and real advice about your profile anyway, if you can handle a real "peer-review...!

I am not bothered by "peer-review", it can not be any worse then some of the things people have told me to my face. It just seems odd to me that something would be listed as a perk, but never manifest. That does not seem like a good way of operating a buisness. I am sure that there are plenty of things wrong with my profile, so any commentary others want to offer is fine with me.

I would rearrange your profile so the first paragraph is about what you can do for clients (instead of what you have done in the past). Make the whole thing substantially shorter. And clean up typos and grammatical errors, e.g. "purpose" for "propose".
