Top rated badge disappeared

I got my top rated badge few months ago and recently my account was temporarily suspended by upwork, then it got recovered but my top rated badge dissappeared suddenly, is it due to account hold ? I also made some title changes in my upwork profile, could that cause the issue? However I do see my badge in profile section but when searched or opened in incognito it doesn't show up and also there is no badge in stats section!

Yes, one of the requirements is "no recent account holds." I'm not sure what constitutes "recent."

Actually I just got it back. Maybe it was due to updating my profile information. Or it could be an upwork bug or something!
