Top rated badge not showing up!

Hi Team, I am getting the message of "You are eligible for top-rated badge" but my profile not showing up the top-rated badge even 100% profile! Please let me know the reason!

Hi Aneesh,

Please keep in mind that once you have qualified for the Top Rated badge to be awarded on your profile, it can take up to 48 hours for your profile to be updated. Thank you.

I have been awarded a Top Rated Plus badge about a week ago. It appears on my profile, however when I search for a designer as a client, my name appears with a regular Top Rated badge, as well as when I open my profile as a client. How long does it take for the badge to update for the clients viewing my profile? Attached are photos of how profile looks for me, and how when a client looks at it. Thanks, Vida

Only clients on the paid plans (and freelancers) see the Top Rated Plus badge.

Hi everyone,

I'm keeping an eye on my Top Rated eligible weeks bar daily, and it goes to 13 eligible weeks and 23 successful jobs i have completed and my earning 7000$+ with JSS 98%, until now i didn't receive a Top-rated badge on my profile, Do I lack for something?, when should I get it?, I thought I should get it directly after 13 weeks, finally How to know that I got it? do I receive a message or a notification?
