Top rated badge not showing up!

Hello UpWork,

I have been awarded a Top Rated Plus badge about a few month ago. It appears on my stats, but my profile not showing up the top-rated badge. attached are photos of how profile looks for me, and how when a client looks at it.

Please let me know the reason!

That is by design. Different clients see different badges.

The badge is not showing on my profile as well. Why is the top-rated badge still not available on my profile yet?

Any help regarding this would be invaluable.

Thank you for your message. I checked and I see that currently you have a Top Rated badge on your profile. You can check the My Stats page for more information.

I have the same problem too I was awarded a top-rated badge before, But all I cannot see it  now ,

May I know whats the reason why it is not shown up?

Hi Monaliza,

Please keep in mind that in order to qualify for a Top Rated Badge you need to have a 100% complete profile. Currently, your profile completeness is at 95% so this may be the reason why you're not Top Rated now.
