I have passed 15 weeks with 100% job success and meet other requirements for a top rated freelancer. But I can see a top rated badge on my profile. Can anyone tell me what I need more on my side?

No.

He will get it within 48 hours of fulfilling all (!!) the requirements. Nothing todo with Sunday. It's not even JSS Sunday and he does not need 16 out of 16 eligible weeks, he only needs 13. (plus over $1000, plus 0 account holds and a 100% complete profile)

Do you have in excess of $ 1000 12 month earnings (cleared, not pending etc)?

0 account holds?
