Top rated badge

Hello community.

I was wandering why I haven't got my top rated badge after having been eligible for 13 out of 16 weeks with 100% JSS and all other requirements I know (or I think I know). What else I could be missing? I am just desperate to get my badge so I just wanna know if there's anything else I need to do.

Thank you for your reply! But what does it mean "very close"? I have read the criteria and thought I have matched all of it. I just wanna know exactly when I will be eligible to get that badge.

 Thank you for your response. I'm sorry but we don't have that information. Once you qualify you should receive the badge automatically on your profile within 48 hours.
