Top rated eligible weeks

 I imagine it is a topic dealt with several times but looking in the old posts I have not found the answer. I have 10 weeks to be eligible as top rated, a little over 2 weeks since rising talent I switched to jss (100%). Yesterday it was updated the weeks but I saw that the weeks are still 10. Do I have to count also the percentage of customers who recommend me? or is there any other factor that I have to consider? Thanks

Don't worry. It will be updated. If I am not wrong the week counter update takes on Monday.
