Top rated weeks

Hi, I have a query, my top rated week updates every two weeks, for example feb 4th then feb 18, is that normal?because the sites says otherwise.

Madhumika, where does it say otherwise? To the best of my knowledge it’s always updated every two weeks.

OHh okay, because it said 13/16 weeks, I assumed it would update every week. So they mean to become top rated you need to have 90+ for 26 out of 32 weeks then?

Hi Madhumika,

The  Top Rated eligible weeks count is updated weekly, every Saturday.

You can check out details about how eligible weeks are calculated at the bottom of this article, hope that helps!

This is what I had read before asking the query, because it confused me. - My Page updates every two weeks. On feb 4th it was 3/16 and on feb 18th it was 4/16. That isn’t what is mentioned in the article. So thought I should clarify.

Your job success score is updated every two weeks. Your top rated eligible weeks only update when you've accumulated another eligible week. That will not have a specific date near it, but Upwork updates it weekly.

Oh okay, i have been checking it everyday. And it’s been two months since I got my JSS score and it says only 4/16 eligible and seems to change only every two weeks.

Thank you for the response!😊

No problem! It might only update every two weeks for you. The top rated eligible weeks are like a conveyor belt. Say you had an 89% JSS for four weeks. Then you were over 90%. You would have to stay over 90% until those four weeks fell out of the calculation window.

Someone else can surely explain this better than I can. But it is normal to not see your eligible weeks update every week that you're above 90% if you were recently under that 90%, if that makes sense.
