Hi,

I have recently got JSS upgraded from RT status. Currently, my JSS is standing at 91% and 12 month's earning under $1K. However, Top Rated eligible weeks shows 3 out of 16 even though I lack 12 month's earning of $1K. 

I will shortly reach to $1K but as 3rd week elgibile week is going on without much earning, would it be affecting my elgible weeks?

Or is it fine even though earnings are less but JSS is more than 90%?

Hi Dharmendra,

To earn Top Rated status you need to maintain a Job Success Score (JSS) of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks. To add eligible weeks you need to get your JSS above 90% and keep it there long enough for the ineligible weeks to start falling out of the 16-week window.  You have to look at the eligibility weeks as a rolling 16-week window. Please check the graph included in this help article and refer to the information shared in the Calculating Top Rated Eligible Weeks section.
