Toped Rated badge criteria

Hello fellows,

I have some confusion about the TOP RATED badge criteria.

I think I have fulfilled all the criteria needed to get the "TOP RATED BADGE", and I was thrilled last Sunday that I will have the badge on my profile, but I still don't why I haven't got the badge.

Below is my profile link and please guide me if I am falling short of any list criteria for this badge.

Hi Hassan,

Please keep in mind that you will also need to maintain Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks.
