Upwork have a bug and they are fixing it...I contacted support and they inform me this

I do have such problems. I mean, to date, I have completed one work, and two works are ongoing. However, under my profile, it only says 2 jobs. Please, could you assist me in fixing this issue?

Hi Sisay,

 

This is by design; you haven't received a payment for one of the jobs in progress. The jobs reflected in your public profile stats will update after you've received at least $1 in payment from the client, and it's ready to be withdrawn.

I am also having the same issue, I have done a total of 3 jobs and have been paid for the same, but the total job count has not been updated despite refreshing and clearing cache.

I have the same issue. My profile shows 1 total job (should be 2) but total hours is correct.

Hi Joanne,

 

Yes I read the thread post that's why im wondering why mine is not updated. I received payments from the 2 clients (withdrawn) and 24hrs passed.
