Why are the hours of work in the profile not visible? I have worked at least 20 hours in recent days.

On an *hourly* contract? If yes, they will show some time after the client has been successfully charged on Monday.

If it is a fixed rate job, they hours do not count towards Upwork hours, even if tracked.
