Tracked Time not showing/updating on timesheet.

I need help with my tracked time. It is not showing/updating on my timesheet.

Hi Jaypee, 

I checked your account, and toggled the Timezone from UTC to your local timezone, and can see that you have a few tracked hours/minutes on your Work DiaryScreenshots are taken when you are actively working on that computer. The App doesn't track time for periods of inactivity when there are no keystrokes or mouse clicks. So you not working on the computer where you are tracking time can be a reason for missing segments. Additionally, adequate activity levels, and annotating your Work Diary with memos or activities labels that describe the activity performed are necessary to qualify for the Hourly Protection.

As a tip, if you are waiting on the client to come back to you with further instructions on what to do next on your contract, I would recommend that you refrain from logging time on the contract to avoid going into a dispute, unless you and the client have agreed to log time regardless if there is work to be done or not.
