Tracker doesn't work on Macbook

Tracker doesn't work properly. Although it appears, the top part of it isn't there, and I can't put the button to "On". Here is a screenshot of the issue: https://imgur.com/a/Yxrx2aI

I checked the instructions on a Troubleshooting post I found, but without any success.
