Tracker is not restarting the time

Hello,

 

It's been since Monday (now Thursday) that my tracker is not updating the time.

It's now gone in overtime and the hours I'm doing now won't be paid, as they're exceeding the 15 weekly hours in my contract. 

how come the tracker is not restarting from 00:00? 
I've tried to delete the software and re-install but it still had 15:40 out of 15hrs weekly.

Please, help!

Hi Jane,

 

I checked and it looks like you've logged some manual time to your Work Diary as well on Monday. Please know that Manual Time is also counted towards the Weekly Limit. Also, please know that the Weekly Billing Cycle begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.

Hello,

Thanks for your message.

I did insert some manual time. I was expecting the weekly cycle to restart
on Monday but it didn't.

Last Sunday I reached probably 11 hrs out of 15.
During this week, I've reached and exceeded the 15.
What happens now? Looks like this week is not going to be logged?
