Is anyone having trouble with the Tracker? Mine crashed about an hour ago and I've tried reinstalling it, but it just keeps crashing.

No, and I am using both the Mac and Windows version. If re-installation doesn't work, you should contact support directly. They will instruct you on how to send the logs that will contain info as to why the app is crashing for you. Without seeing the logs, no one here is going to be able to do much outside of the basic recommendations (i.e. reinstall the app).
