Tracker not launching

Hi, badly needed a help. I just both new pc and time tracker won't launch after signing in. I tried multiple times in uninstalling and reinstalling still tracker won't launch.

Hi Maria Aisha,

 

I'm not sure what OS you are using, so I'll share troubleshooting steps for both Windows and Mac. Let me know if the issue persists after trying this so that I can assist you further.

 

For Windows:

  1. Exit/close the Upwork app
  2. Delete Upwork folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Upwork
  3. Start the app again

 

For Mac:

  1. Uninstall the application
  2. Open the terminal app​
  3. Run this command tccutil reset All
  4. Then run this command mv ~/Library/Application\ Support/Upwork{,.bak}
