Tracker takes screenshots, but Work Diary is empty

Hi everyone,

My tracker is turned on when I work, it regularly takes screenshots, but it won't measure the time I'm working. It displays the time from the last week. Also, when I enter the work diary it says "No time logged in today".

Has this happened to anyone? What can I do to fix it?

I'd appreciate any help.

Thank you for reaching out. I have checked your account and I can see some hours being logged in for today (April 18th). Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and check if you still can't see your logged hours? If so, please let me know and I'll be happy to escalate if needed.
