Im having problem with my upwork tracker! file will no longer open. Tried to remove and download it again and again but nothing happens. Please help!

Hi Rossel,

Just to clarify, did you meant that the Desktop app is not starting? Once you click on the icon, could you please check under your Task Manager if the operation is listed or not? Could you also share your operating system as well? Thank you.

Hi Rossel,

Please try to download our Desktop app by following the steps in this Help Article. Once you`ve downloaded the app, you will need to install it and then you will be able to start the application and sign in.
If you`re receiving any errors on your end, please send a screenshot from your end via PM (click on my name). Thank you.

Try to install using different browser, clean browsers cache first.

Finally use CCleaner. This is free software , very popular . You could clean your OS using the software.
