Tracking time is incorrect

The time tracker is incorrect. Missing a lot of my time.

Analyn, the time-tracker is working as intended.

It intentionally omits time periods of insufficient mouse/keyboard activity.

I believe you were trying to use it as a time clock. It is not that.

Yes, its working but the time is not correct missed like 1 to 2 hours of my time working. Even I make sure that it wont be idle. Is there any way we can contact a tech support to check on that?
