Tracking time when working from the Ipad Pro

Hi friends,

I'm working on an hourly project where I have to make some illustrations using my Ipad. I haven't found the Tracking app on the Apple App store so I'm wondering how can I track my hours?  The client doesn't allow manual time.

The tracking app is not available for iOS. We asked many years ago. To be fair, I think it is more to do with Apple allowing such an app in the store rather than upwork not developing one.
