Transaction Problem

I couldn't get my last withdrawal money. I found mail today from Upwork. They said payment has been processed. I couldn't get it. what can I do now? I already contact my bank they said they don't see any transaction. also, my profile has a problem. there have show 2 jobs in progress. but my running work progress three.

Please keep in mind that It can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction.
In order for a contract to be listed on your profile funds needs to be exchanged. Once you`re paid it can take up to 48 hours for your profile to be updated. Thank you!
