Transfer of money from upwork to paypal

Hi, I am trying to withdraw money from Upwork account but transactions are failing.
I tried multiple times with both Paypal as well as my local bank account method but neither is method is working.
FYI - Both my Paypal and Bank Account are active.
Pl help to resolve this issue on priority basis.
