Transfer payment to BBVA Mexico

Hello. I am not sure whether to send my payment to my account at my local bank BBVA because I do not know if they will charge me a commission for international transfer ($ 30 USD).

I spoke to Upwork support and they mentioned the following:

So I'm not sure if my Upwork payment is considered a local or international transfer, since they ask for my bank's SWIFT code.

Has any of you sent your payment to BBVA Mexico?
