Hi, I made a transfer to the wrong bank account. What should I do? How I get my money back?

Could you please clarify if there was an error in your bank account details? If so, the transaction should be reversed and the funds will return to your Upwork account. Please know that as long as you have the right account number and the name on the bank account matches the name on your Upwork account, the funds should arrive in your account in the next 4 business days. If 8 business days pass please follow up with us so we could initiate a trace for you.
